My approach to coaching
I believe deeply in the importance of building a strong relationship with ourselves, which will always be there for us when we need it. We live in a world that constantly pulls our attention outwards, and can often damage our own values, self-trust and resilience.
Over time, this can affect our mental and physical health, wearing down our self-belief and sense of meaning. But when we’re given the time and space to turn inwards, we gain something we can’t get anywhere else, and we become more effective, deliberate and authentic in our daily lives.
Often, that issue you can’t seem to shift is just the surface expression of something deeper. Coaching offers a nurturing, supportive space in which we can uncover these underlying patterns, gain understanding of our challenges, and create tailored long-term solutions rather than ready-made ones that don’t fit very well.
With a late diagnosis of neurodiversity and experience with sensitive clients struggling in a world that makes it hard to take care of their needs, I care tremendously about supporting people to find safe, kind ways of unmasking to help prevent burnout and chronic exhaustion.

What is health coaching?
I work with clients who bring a wide range of hopes and challenges, and true transformational health coaching isn’t really any different; the goal is still to discover the right path forward for you to greater wellbeing and fulfillment.
If you’re living with a health concern, or you’ve been advised to make diet and lifestyle changes that are difficult to act on, we can explore what’s getting in your way and move at the right pace for you, without any pressure or judgement.

Prices and packages
Prices below are for individuals. For corporate coaching, please get in touch.
Stand-alone session prices:
• New clients: £95 / hour
• Returning clients: £85 / hour
Packages are at discounted rates to allow for deeper work and transformation. Each session is fully client-led, shaped around what feels most important to you right now.

Finding your way — £280
4 × 1-hour sessions (6-month expiry)
For clarity, direction and forward motion that feels true to you.
Together, we’ll:
• Clarify what truly matters to you
• Explore what you want from your health, work and life
• Uncover what’s holding you back
• Create a way forward that feels aligned, realistic and supportive
Well suited if you’re ready to move forward once things feel clearer.

Rooted & restored — £520
8 × 1-hour sessions (10-month expiry)
For deeper answers, steadier support and lasting shifts.
Includes everything above, with space to:
• Shape long-term goals rooted in your most authentic values
• Build deeper self-awareness to guide future decisions
• Develop a personal toolkit to help you navigate stress, overwhelm and burnout with more ease
Well suited if something hasn’t been working for a while and you’d value consistent support to find your way forward.
Sessions are held online, via Zoom or telephone.
