My approach to natural, sustainable wellbeing

I combine Ayurveda with coaching to create realistic wellbeing support, especially for people recovering from burnout, feeling unsupported with chronic ailments, and neurodiversity-related challenges.

 

I never dismiss modern medicine; we can work alongside your doctors to find the best path to health and happiness for you.
