This can be particularly helpful for people who have had distressing experiences seeking healthcare in the past, or who feel anxious about consulting anyone for their concerns.
I am not a substitute for your GP and will encourage you to consult them where appropriate. But I can help reduce the stress of your health journey by partnering with you to gain more control, involvement, information and choice.
My Ayurveda and health coaching packages aim to equip you with the tools and knowledge to move forward feeling understood, empowered, confident and independent, with no obligation to stay long-term.

My process is one of empathy and kindness, and my packages combine Ayurveda guidance with practical health coaching techniques, to help you:

Every client completes an intake questionnaire before the first session, and is encouraged to keep a weekly health diary to track symptoms and progress. This ensures advice is responsive and effective.

6-Week Ayurveda Balance Program — £180
For single or straightforward health concerns. Over 6 weeks, you’ll receive:
• Initial assessment (90-120 min) – a full review of your health, lifestyle and wellness goals
• Written Ayurveda management plan – highly tailored, practical guidance to address underlying causes, restore balance and manage symptoms
• Management plan discussion + health coaching (60 min) – explore causes, barriers, and personalised strategies
• Follow-up + health coaching (60 min) – review progress, refine lifestyle measures, and plan sustainable next steps
Ideal if you want focused support for a specific health issue or to improve your overall wellbeing.

12-Week Ayurveda Health & Wellbeing Program — £270
For longer-term or more complex health concerns, this program provides thorough, ongoing support:
• Initial assessment (90-120 min)
• Written Ayurveda management plan
• Management plan discussion + health coaching (60 min)
• 2 × 20-min check-in calls – refine your plan and monitor progress
• Pure transformational wellbeing coaching session (60 min) – explore challenges, find answers and create change
• Final follow-up + health coaching (60 min) – reinforce healthy habits, build confidence and become your own health advocate.
Suits those seeking deeper support over a longer period of time to help create more momentum and overcome barriers.
