Confidentiality would only be broken if:

•   There was a serious risk of harm to you or others

•   I was legally required to disclose information

These situations are rare and handled with care.

 

How Long Your Data Is Kept

I keep your information only for as long as necessary:

•   Enquiry and contact data: up to 12 months

•   Newsletter or group interest data: until you unsubscribe

•   Client coaching & ayurveda records: retained securely for up to 7 years, then deleted

You can request deletion sooner where appropriate.
